Silver Towne Farms strives to breed the finest Simmental cattle available anywhere. Located in East Central Indiana since 1985, our cattle operation has grown from a 10 head 4-H project to a progressive 800 head Simmental operation. With new challenges, today’s beef industry presents, new opportunities for each cattle producer to adapt and utilize new strategies, philosophies, and technologies to succeed. Breeding Simmental cattle for Silver Towne Farms has been no exception. We continue to uphold the integrity of our reputation in the cattle we produce for both the commercial and purebred cattlemen. STF breeds for complete, sound, functional, structurally correct cattle with added thickness, depth, eye appeal, and carcass merit. STF is and active participant in every phase of the beef production process from cow/calf, breeding bulls, replacement heifers, feeder cattle, show cattle, and an extensive AI and embryo program.
